If there are “hot certifications” employers are seeking within your field, we’ll explain why and highly encourage you to obtain them. If you are non-tech, Agile methodology is very popular and required for some positions, become a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
