Accountable for planning, orchestrating and delivering on Marketing strategic initiative(s).
Project management of large-scale projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and matrix partners, including planning, driving, managing, and ensuring successful execution of project process
Frame and analyze complex problems, recommending realistic solutions
Lead various work stream meetings to ensure key initiatives move forward on schedule.
Track and communicate key activities to Head of Global Marketing Operations and other members of Senior Management.
Bachelor’s degree, MBA or CFA preferred
Domestic and International asset management industry experience and capital markets exposure preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicates complex ideas; persuades and negotiates with others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view
Strong interpersonal relationship skills with internal and external business partners
Ability to lead and work effectively in cross functional teams
Demonstrates sound judgment and organizational awareness
Detailed and results oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
