Position Summary

The Corporate Finance Training & Development will support management with the planning and logistics of both the finance internship program and finance full-time rotational program.  This position requires the candidate to work closely with finance program leads to help facilitate fall recruiting and begin internship planning, as well as support the day to day responsibilities for the full-time rotational program.

Responsibilities

Fall Recruiting/Summer Internship:

  • Support rotational program needs throughout the fall recruiting season including scheduling of interviews, managing interviewer schedule and tracking candidate stats
  • Work closely with Human Resources team to deliver offers to candidates and track acceptances and talent pipeline stats
  • Work with management to finalize the 2022 internship class and establish consistent communication with incoming interns
  • Begin planning for the 2022 summer internship program; finalize intern housing accommodations, work with management to identify internship roles, book social events, draft program calendar and training

Finance Rotational Program:

  • Assist with rotational placement logistics, training and development, and manager communications
  • Partner with Human Resources to onboard new hires as needed; oversee manager and candidate communications throughout the onboarding process
  • Fulfill day to day responsibilities for the rotational program including managing training sessions, scheduling room reservations, and coordinating social events
  • Support senior management with the creation of meeting agendas and minutes for monthly Governance Committee meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration)
  • 1+ years working in a corporate setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for work
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize in a timely manner, and take initiative
