Digital Marketing
• Support the setup, scheduling and distribution of communications delivered via Eloqua for a $1B AUM Investment Advisory Firm
• Manage the overall operations of our CRM and marketing automation systems
• Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, quality assurance, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
• Perform website updates and maintenance
Content Management (print and digital)
• Provide support for the development of new internal and client-facing content
• Establish and maintain processes and best practices for managing collateral inventory and digital library
• Handle all tasks associated with content library maintenance including content expiration reporting, working with agencies to implement content changes, acquiring Compliance approvals and content publishing
Marketing Operations
• Manage relationship with print vendors to ensure that collateral inventory levels are adequately maintained and replenished when required
• Report: Create monthly and ad hoc metrics reports and marketing KPI dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, email engagement, content usage, website interactions, etc.
• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
• BA/BS required, with at least three years of related work experience, preferably within financial services
• Excellent project management skills, detail and results-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Proven experience working with Eloqua preferred, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and executing email campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communications skills
