Provide full cycle recruiting support to our businesses and hiring managers by handling all aspects of recruitment, candidate data management and communication. Recruitment includes direct sourcing of candidates, screening and assessing skills, as well as developing and presenting offers.
The Recruiter will work closely with other individuals on the Talent Acquisition team primarily supporting high volume recruitment efforts for the service and operations business channels which includes call center and customer service. Key responsibilities may also include special projects relating to recruiting objectives and activities, sourcing, and career fair events.
Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience required
Experienced in using applicant tracking systems
Proven ability to manage 20 to 25 open requisitions as well as network and source candidates
Ability to develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies (highly preferred)
Strong computer skills in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (such as Teams, Zoom)
